夢のあとと今日の渋谷

京王線の調布駅周辺が地下化されて早くも17日が経った。
少しずつ架線が撤去され始めているが、線路の両側には雑草やオシロイバナが生い茂り始め、錆び付いた線路が「強者どもの夢のあと」状態になりつつある。
そんな今朝は、調布駅の信号系に故障があったそうで、始発から大混雑！いつもなら30分足らずで渋谷まで出られるところが、1時間近くもかかった。
最初はなんとか乗り切ったが、早速初期不良が発生したようだ。
渋谷ベランダのホップが元気に育っている。
渋谷センター街の「ゼンモール」が先月末で閉店し、そのまま「サカゼン」に変わった。「青山」と並ぶ、渋谷では珍しく紳士物の店だが、売られている物が変わったのかどうか？入ってみる気もしないので何が売られているんだろう。
今日のランチは、更科そば。この店も周りの店が賑やかになりすぎてほとんど埋没してしまった。(hide)

岐阜のおみやげと初サンマ

岐阜のヤマゼングローバル主催のキッチンセミナーのお土産に
西本社長からいただいたのが、岐阜名物の柿羊羹と明宝ハムです。
早速、朝食とデザートにそれぞれをいただきました。
明宝ハムは普通のハムとちょっと違った作り方のハムで
切り口が違います。
味は少し懐かしさを感じさせる美味しさですね♬
柿羊羹は思ったより固いのですが、
しっとりとした味でとっても美味しく楽しませていただきました。

新宿での打合せのあとhideが初物のサンマをデパ地下で買って帰りました。
この秋の初物サンマです。
2匹で680円！はtamiは絶対に買わない値段です！
ZwilingのFaceBookサイトで教わったように、包丁で切れ目を入れて焼きます。
焼き上がったサンマは特上のご馳走でした！

A souvenir of a kitchen seminar organized Yamazen global
president Nishimoto was gotten from the persimmon Yokan and Meiho ham specialties Gifu.
Today, we had breakfast and dessert each.
Meiho ham recipe that is a little different from the usual ham I cut different.♬

Persimmon Yokan is firm, but than I thought,
I was allowed to enjoy delicious and very pronounced flavor.

680yen in two fish! Tami is a price that is absolutely not buy!
It is the first fish of this fall saury.
As taught in the FaceBook site Zwiling, I burn to put a knife cut.

町田市保健所主催のセミナー

朝晩が、ずいぶん涼しくなって嬉しいですね。
今日の午後、町田市保健所からの依頼で
セミナーを担当させていただきました。
対象は町田市の保育園の給食担当者や
飲食店の方々など調理に従事されている４０名ほどの皆様でした。
テーマは「保存食の活用術」です。
私にとっては、パワーポイントを使ったお話は
初めてのことだったので、
ドキドキしながらお話をさせていただきました。
皆様、とっても熱心にお聞きくださって感謝申し上げます。
そして町田市保健所のスタッフの皆様にも大変お世話になりました。

OZONE住まいづくりセミナーとJIDAエコデザイン展最終プレゼン

9月に入って一気に涼しくなって、とても助かる。8月末まで続いた連続32度を越す猛暑日は何をしないでも汗が吹き出てきたが、最低気温が23度まで下がった今日は快適だ。
セミナーが連日続いているが、昼過ぎからリビングデザインセンターOZONEで「住まいづくりセミナー」が開かれた。今日の参加者は40名を少し下回ったようだが、皆さん非常に熱心にお話を聞いてくださり、セミナー後も6名の方が残って個々のご質問にお答えしました。
セミナーのあと、今日は隣の会議室で同時進行中のJIDAエコデザイン展の参加学生たちの最終プレゼンとプロデザイナーの出展内容のプレゼンがおこなわれており、3時過ぎからそちらにも参加してきた。お疲れさんでした！(hide)
