夕食は仕入れてきた烏賊とエビと帆立の稚貝を使ってパエリアを作った。我が家ではホットプレートを使ってパエリアを作るのが定番だったが、今回は趣向を変えてご飯を炊くのもオーブンでやってみた。パエリアパンはドイツからやってきたGASTROの鉄パン。
2カップの米を炊くのに200度で45分近くかかり、そのあと魚介を飾ってもう一度180度で10分程度焼いてでき上がり。このパエリアがまた極上の味!レシピ本なしで作ったこの料理をhideの得意料理に加えよう。(hide)
