AMK ergonoMeter

今年一月にケルンで開かれたLivingKitchen2013の展示会で、AMK（ドイツモダンキッチン協会）から発表されたのが「AMK ergonoMeter」という最適キッチンの高さが簡単に計測できる新兵器でした。
会場で注文し、Zeykoを輸入している大阪のクッキングプラザに依頼してキッチンの輸入の際にコンテナで同梱して送ってもらうようにしていたこの機械がようやく届き，早速組み立てました。

中には「人間工学に基づいて計画された台所のための専門家がいます。最適なグッドキッチンのスケールを持っています」というステッカーやスタンドも入っています。

キッチンシステム研究所では隔週金曜日にキッチンの相談会を開いていますが、このスケールを使ってご相談の皆様に最適な使いやすいキッチンをご提案します。キッチン相談ご希望の方はサイトからお申し込みください。(hide)

富士山の視界と味噌カツランチと棒さば鮨

岐阜のクライアントとの打合せがあり出張。新幹線は夏休みを終えて帰京する家族連れが行きも帰りも多かった。快晴の真夏日だったが富士山は霞がかかって良く見えない。今年の信州でも実感したが、甲府に入っても南アルプスは霞んでまったく見えなかったし、松本まで行った時も中央アルプスも北アルプスもほとんど見えなかった。例のPM2.5のせいなのかよく分からないが異常な現象であることは間違いない。
岐阜のランチは、ご当地メニューの味噌カツをご馳走になった。量もたっぷりで味もなかなか旨かった。帰りの新幹線で駅弁の夕食。今夜はさばの棒鮨，これもなかなか旨かった。(hide)

渋谷のマンション大規模修繕工事説明会

構想を練りはじめて2年間近くかけて、ようやく施工業者を決定した渋谷のマンションの大規模修繕工事がいよいよ来週26日から始まります。

夕方から工事に伴う説明会を居住者やテナントの方達に参加してもらって開きました。それでも出席者は3分の1にも達しませんでした。

井の頭通りに面しているので、工事車両の駐車スペース確保から始まって，仮設工事に入る訳だが半年間の工期が無事に終えることができるよう祈っています。(hide)

ワッサーのジャム

須坂市で10年くらい前に発見された、
白桃とネクタリンの交配種が
「ワッサー」という長野特産の果物です。
今回も信州からの帰りに地元のスーパーに
売られていたのを見つけて買って帰りました。
そのまま食べても美味しいのですが、
ジャムづくりにとても向いていると思います。

昨日はブルーベリーをジャムにしましたが
今日はワッサーのジャムです。
水分が少ないので白ワインを加え
隠し味に生姜汁を加えてでき上がりです。
独特の風味のおいしいジャムができ上がりました。(tami)
