構想を練りはじめて2年間近くかけて、ようやく施工業者を決定した渋谷のマンションの大規模修繕工事がいよいよ来週26日から始まります。
夕方から工事に伴う説明会を居住者やテナントの方達に参加してもらって開きました。 それでも出席者は3分の1にも達しませんでした。
井の頭通りに面しているので、工事車両の駐車スペース確保から始まって，仮設工事に入る訳だが半年間の工期が無事に終えることができるよう祈っています。(hide)
