amazonで購入した長谷園の伊賀土鍋タジン鍋が届いたので、昨夜は3日続きの太刀魚料理の総仕上げに太刀魚タジン鍋をいただいた。
このタジン鍋はフランス製のエミールアンリとはひと味違ったデザインで、モロッコの原型に近いフォルムと、無水鍋や蒸し焼きはもちろん日本独特の耐熱陶製すのこが付き、空焚き、直火料理、蓋蒸しなどもできるというユニークな鍋だ。
23cm径、高さ21cmの小サイズで7,341円という価格もネットショップの魅力だ。
大きな太刀魚2匹を食べ尽すのに3日がかりとなったが、刺身、昆布締め、塩焼き、蒲焼きタジン鍋のどれもが素晴らしい味で、この魚の奥深さを楽しませていただいた。
