今日は10時半から調布のマンションの臨時総会。13時半からは渋谷のマンションの臨時総会が開かれた。調布は今年から理事長、渋谷は20年近くも副理事長‥‥。調布は25年以上経過したマンションの保険料が70%以上も値上がりするために契約更新の議決をはかるためで、居住者の9割以上の方々が参加してくださった。
