1時から国領駅前のアクロス料理教室で開かれたAllAbout料理クラブのイベントにtamiとふたりで参加してきました。
今日のテーマは「パン」。パンガイドの松野さんが講師役になってブリオッシュの生地づくりから，様々なパンづくりを楽しませていただきました。
hideは三つ編みパン、tamiはシナモンパン、ソーセージ巻き、丸パンなどを作りました。
なかなか良い具合に焼き上がり、白ワインで乾杯！hideの突然の参加にも関わらず暖かく迎えてくださって本当にありがとうございました。(hide)
