第2回目の授業が無事終了しました。
今回のテーマは乳製品です。
発酵バターの仕込み方・作り方を中心にお話ししました。
朝早くから生徒の皆様には参加いただいて感謝です！
来週は麹がテーマになります。

先日から、NIKON D90で撮った写真に陰が出るので、いろいろ試したが結局NIKONサービスセンターに持ち込んで見てもらった。結果はフードのケラレで、1m以下の撮影でストロボをたくときは、フードを外して使ってくださいとの診断。
28階から見る東京の東は遥か向こうにスカイツリーが霞んで見える。京王屋上のビアガーデンもさすがに昼間っからは客はいない。
明日が土用の丑の日だというので、勇んでランチは渋谷駅前の「松川」でうな重！これで2205円というのは、ちょっとがっかりだが、渋谷駅近くの「うな鐵」が仕入れ値高騰のためランチを止めてしまったので、周辺では松川しか無くなってしまった。(hide)
