ツナシマ・ユーザー向けキッチンセミナーとホームパーティ

11時から恒例のツナシマ・キッチンセミナー・ユーザー向けが開かれた。インフルエンザの影響でキャンセルがあり今日の参加者は4名のお客様。
一昨日もそうだったが、人数が少ないとかえって緻密なお話ができるので、これもまた佳し。
夕方からは、近所のJCさんご夫妻をお招きしてホームパーティ。旨い酒と料理と楽しい会話の盛り上がりで有意義な一夜を過ごさせていただきました。遅くまでありがとうございました！(tami & hide)

For users of annual  Tsunashima Kitchen seminars is open from 11:00. Participants in four customers today have canceled the effect of influenza.

厨房設備機器展

今年13回目を迎えた厨房設備機器展と41回目を迎えた国際ホテルレストランショーの今日が最終日。昼過ぎから東京ビッグサイトの会場に出かけてきた。
ビッグサイトは、いつもより人出が多くどうしたのかと思っていたら24日に開かれる東京国際マラソンの出場者受付会場となっているようで納得。
厨房設備機器展はなかなか見応えのある出展が多く、また最終日の午後にもかかわらず数多くの人で賑わっていて、永年低迷してきたこの業界にも、ほんの少しだが明かりが見えてきた感じがした。(hide)

オーダーキッチングランプリの審査会とツナシマキッチンセミナー

朝10時から、表参道のモダンリビング編集部でオーダーキッチングランプリの選定審査会が開かれました。 195点の応募作品のうち、一昨日の予備審査で120点にまで絞り、今日はその120点を審査員全員が再度評価を加える手順で審査をおこないました。 建築コンペやデザインコンペなどと比べて、建築とキッチンの関係という非常に現実的なテーマへの高品質な回答が数多く寄せられてことに厚く御礼申し上げます。 審査会の途中で抜け出して、昼過ぎからツナシマキッチンセミナー。キャンセルが出て今日の受講者はふたりだけとなったが、かえって緻密なセミナーとなったと思う。(hide)

目覚ましが聞こえず 不覚！

昨日のオーダーキッチングランプリの予備審査のあと、事務所に戻って今日の準備をしたため帰りが遅くなったのが理由と言うわけにはいかないが、今朝5時半に起きるはずが目覚ましの音がまったく聞こえず、起きた時間はなんと8時半！！3時間の遅れを取り戻すため、飛び起きてから食器洗い機日記の写真を撮り、朝食を済ませ、家を出て京王線に乗るまで1時間！新幹線に1時間半遅れで飛び乗り、現地についてからゆっくりいただくはずの昼食は電車の中でおにぎり！会議が始まった15分過ぎになんとか間に合った。
一年前から取り組んできた岐阜県地域産業課の主導する開発支援事業の年度末成果発表まで一ヶ月前となって、いよいよ大詰めの大切な会議を遅刻してしまって大変申し訳ありませんでした。帰りの夕食は新幹線の中で蟹巻き寿司とビール！お疲れさまでした！
帰りの京王線新宿駅ホームにようやくガードができた。運用は3月9日からになるそうだ。(hide)
