三日目の梅干しとゆかり

日曜日に干し始めた梅干しが
このところのいいお天気続きで
いい具合に干し上がってきました。
もう少し干してから
カメに移して赤梅酢に漬け込みます。
赤紫蘇の葉もすっかり乾きました。
こちらも、ゆかりづくりまでもう少し干します。(tami)

ベターホーム魚料理教室

ベターホームの魚料理教室が8月は夏休みになるので、7月には2回開かれた。
いかづくめで、いかをおのおのが一杯づつ下処理をし、ファルシという洋風イカメシ、中華風いかと空心菜の炒め物、いかのワタ炒めの3品を作った。
飛び上がるほどの味ではないが、お惣菜としては十分なでき上がりと味でした。(hide)

完熟メロンと梅干しと反原発国会包囲デモ

ちょうど一週間前にひとつ目を切った富良野のメロンを14日に届いてから2週間以上たった今日切ってみました。
待っただけの甲斐があったようで、
極上の甘いメロンをいただきました♬

今月1日に漬け始めた梅干しを取り出して
ざるに広げて土用干しを始めました。
赤じその葉も、ひとつひとつ丁寧に開いて干します。
お天気がいいので今日一日でだいぶ干し上がりました。(tami)
