「聖者たちの食卓」と「割烹・高橋」

昼休みにアップリンクで公開中の映画「聖者たちの食卓（Himself He Cooks)」 を見た。 インドのシーク教総本山「黄金寺院」では，毎日10万食が巡礼者や旅行者たちに無料で供されているという。宗教も人種も階級も職業もまったく関係なく、全ての人々は平等であるというシークの教義を実践する「皆んなで作って、皆んなで食べる」が古くて新しい食卓のかたちかもしれない。とにかく迫力満点の映像だ。

夕方から新しく南青山にオープンしたトーヨーキッチンのLa Couture TOYO KITCHEN STYLEのレセプションに参加したtamiと渋谷で待ち合わせ、今夜は代々木上原にある友人の「割烹高橋」で旨い魚のご馳走で夕食。楽しく美味しい料理の数々をありがとうございました！(hide)
