夕方5時から表参道伊藤ビルの向かい、森英恵ビル跡のとなりに今日が竣工引き渡しになった「ケヤキビル」の内覧会に参加してきました。
團紀彦建築設計事務所設計、株式会社辰が施工した地上8階地下2階の商業ビルです。明日から既に決まっているテナント工事が入るそうで、現場は最後の仕上げに追われていました。
鼓のようにも見える外周のすべての柱が構造体となって構成されているユニークな建物で、商業ビルとして利用し易い、内部柱のない建築になっています。
見学会のあとは例によって懇親会！アレンジしてくれたミサワホームのHD氏、フリーランスのHR氏、LIXILのTY氏＆FT氏、東京ガスのOD氏と6人で「鳥良」で盛り上がり。そのあと30年ぶりに訪れた代々木上原駅前の吉野鮨で3次会。(hide)
We have been participating in the sneak preview opposite the Omotesando Ito building from 5pm, today was completed delivery next to the Hanae Mori building remains of "KEYAKI BUILD.".
It is the commercial building on the second floor basement & 8th floor Norihiko Dan Architects design, SHIN Co., Ltd. has constructed. Tenant construction already decided from tomorrow so enter, the scene was busy finishing touch.
A unique building, it is easy to use as a commercial building, it is a pillar-less architecture on the structure they are configured pillars all so structured team member.
After the tour the social gathering by example! Upsurge in "TORIYOSHI" in six Mis.HD Misawa who have arranged, Mr. HR freelance, Mr.TY & Mis.FT LIXIL, and Mr. OD of TokyoGas. 3 next meeting in Yoshino sushi Yoyogi Uehara Station visited first time in 30 years after that. (hide)
