調布駅周辺開発計画・土地利用構想の説明会

調布グリーンホール会場で、京王電鉄が主催して「調布駅周辺開発計画・土地利用構想の説明会」が午後2時から3時半まで開かれtamiと参加してきた。
地下化工事が完了して現在は線路跡の整地工事が進んでいるが、その跡に商業ビルを3カ所開発する計画構想だ。
A、B、両地区は駅のすぐ上に当たるので，商業施設が向いていると思われるが、300メートルも離れたC地区に商業ビルを建設する構想には疑問を抱かざるを得ない。
むしろ，大きな公園緑地にするとか保育園施設や高齢者施設など駅に近くて住民が本当に必要とする環境に優しい施設を建設することが京王にとっても住民にとっても理想的だと思うのだが・・・。(hide)
