不在者投票とクリスマスムードの調布

来週の投票日に不在になる予定なので、昼過ぎから市役所の投票場に行ってきた。投票場は結構なにぎわいで、こんなに多くの人が不在者投票するのに驚く。市役所の外には、NHKと朝日と読売の出口調査のアルバイターたちが並び、それぞれ投票した内容を記入してきた。全国の不在者投票を集めれば、これだけでも投票結果の大勢がはっきりするのだろう。
市役所前の広場では寒さに震えながら、調布市観光フェスティバルが開かれていた。
調布駅北口の再開発が決まって、例の中華屋「萬来軒」もついに立ち退くことになったそうで張り紙に59年間のご愛顧ありがとうという感謝が述べられていた。
京王線の線路の撤去工事も、少しずつ進んでいる。近くのコンビニの前では聖歌隊がクリスマス讃歌を歌っていた。(hide)
