秋分の日の深大寺

ようやく涼しくなった朝を迎えた秋分の日。tamiは朝日新聞社瀬田住宅展示場のイベントで料理実演をするため朝から不在。hideは昨日が締め切りだったJIDAデザインエッセイの原稿に推敲を重ねようやく提出した。
曇り空の休日だったが、久しぶりに深大寺までウォーキング。ランチ抜きにしようと思っていたのだがちょうど昼過ぎで、久しぶりに深大寺参道の入り口にある「玉喜」でざるそば。
深大寺は参道周りに数十軒の蕎麦屋が軒を連ねているが、残念なことにウマいと思った蕎麦屋がない。観光案内所で何処が一番ウマいのか教えてくれと聞いたら、毎日何十人もの方からそういう質問をされますが、私の立場ではお答えできません、という返事。
昨日の調布の街づくりワークショップでも深大寺蕎麦をもっと売り込もうという意見も多くの方からでていたが、はっきり言って残念ながらこの味はどなたにもおすすめできない。(hide)
