調布市文化会館「たづくり」会場で、6時〜9時まで「調布」を中心に「新しい文化」を生み出すことを目標として、地元事業者・街への来訪者とともに、未来を語り合うセッション「第1回調布まちみらい会議」が開かれた。
運営事務局は株式会社ツクルバ の中村氏、ファシリテーターは株式会社フューチャーセッションズの野村氏がつとめ、40名以上の参加者で盛り上がった。
セミナーや公聴会の気軽なつもりで参加したが、参加者全員の意見を集約しながら大きな目標設定をおこなうグループ作業はまさしくワークショップそのもので、しっかり頭を働かせながら、仕事をさせていただきました。それにしてもまったく知らない参加者同士を共通の課題に集約する手法の見事さには感心させられ、全員が次もぜひ参加したいと決意表明したことは大成功のセッションだったと思う。お疲れさんでした！(hide)
