ツナシマ・プロ向けキッチンセミナー

3時から恒例のツナシマ・プロ向けキッチンセミナーが開かれた。今日のお客様は6名の方々。とても熱心に耳を傾けていただき感謝。ツナシマキッチンセミナーも2009年にスタートしてから早くも5年近くが経過した。毎月プロ向けとユーザー向けを1回づつ続けさせていただいているので、500人以上の方々にキッチンのお話や、tamiの担当する料理実演を続けてきたことになる。楽しい機会と出会いの場を与えていただき深く感謝します。(tami&hide)

Tsunashima-professional kitchen annual seminar was held from 3:00. Customers today who six people. Thank you listened very hard. Nearly five years have passed as early Tsunashima kitchen seminars from its launch in 2009.

朝顔市の朝顔と玉久

先週の入谷の朝顔市で毎年恒例の朝顔がニシザキ工芸の社長から届くはずだったのが、社長がぎっくり腰になってしまい、ようやく今日の打合せに届けていただいた。毎年ありがとうございます！
10月1日が搬入日と決まったJIDAエコデザイン展の今年の出品作の製作打合せをおこなった。いろいろ意図していることと制作側の問題点が浮き彫りになって検討を重ねた。
7時過ぎで打合せを終えて、久しぶりに西崎社長と「玉久」で乾杯！この店は知る人ぞ知る、その昔109の横で土間にトタン葺きの飲み屋を意固地になって続けた店だ。今も当時とおなじコチの三杯酢が旨い！冷やの「酔鯨」をしこたまいただいて、かなりの酩酊でご帰還！ご馳走さまでした。(hide)

ENGAWAランチと渋谷の昼下がり

休みの間、少し食べ過ぎたので今日はENGAWAでダイエットランチ。メニューはサラダうどんと鳥の唐揚げミニどんぶり。
ひと月前に公園通りを歩いてMUJIの新しい店舗モヴィーダ館をご紹介したが、そのときは地下のキッチン用品とMUJI食品のフロアーしか観ていなかったので、もう一度地下を見たあと、改めて最上階の6階から歩いてみた。6階はNatureLandという名でアウトドア用品を主に扱っている。フロアーの半分近くを新潟三条のスノーピークの売り場構成となっている。バーベキュー用品やアウトドアキッチンなどが並びなかなか楽しいが、残念ながらほとんど客がいない。
まだ半年少ししか経過していないが、高いテナント料を払ってこの集客状態では長続きは難しそうだ。(hide)

It has not elapsed little half a year yet, but last long but seems difficult to attract customers in this state to pay a high fee tenant. (hide)
