ようやく春一番！と牛平衛ランチとクリンスイ獺祭

朝のうちはそれほど強くなかった風が、昼休みの頃には突風が吹き、ようやく春一番の宣言が出た。快晴のランチタイムを東急本店屋上でと思ったが、風が強過ぎて中止。
代わりに近くの「牛平衛」でランチ。100gの牛肉は少々物足りないがダイエットに徹しよう！久しぶりの焼肉ランチが旨い。
先ほどの夕食には、昨日いただいた「クリンスイ仕込み獺祭」を晩酌に頂く。いつも飲む白ワインに比べると倍くらい度数が高いので結構ほろ酔い加減になる。この獺祭は知っている獺祭に比べると明らかにすっきりした飲み口で、相当飲めそうな味わいだ。(hide)

暖かな渋谷の夜とクリンスイ仕込みの獺祭

満月の今夜は今年一番の暖かさ。事務所から渋谷駅までのセンター街を行き交うひと達もコートを脱いで大分軽やかな感じ。
友人からクリンスイ仕込みという岩国の「獺祭」をいただいた。なんでも三菱レイヨンの浄水器クリンスイが発売30周年の記念にあの一癖ある銘酒「獺祭」とコラボして、クリンスイの超軟水仕込み「獺祭　純米大吟醸　磨き三割九分」という酒なんだそうだ。
今夜は冷蔵庫で冷やし明日の晩酌に頂こうと思う。ありがとうございます！(hide)
