ENGAWAランチと手づくりモッツアレラチーズの夕べ

昨夜は家族4人で誕生日の夕食会を楽しんだため、少々食べ過ぎと飲み過ぎ。
こんな日のランチは、やはりENGAWAのオーガニックランチがヘルシーで良い。日替わりランチはサバ味噌の唐揚げというチョット変わったおかずだったが、サバの唐揚げに味噌ソースが乗っかったものだった。五穀米のご飯とみそ汁が旨い。
夜7時からは友人のChinさんのイタリアワイン友の会が主催して「手づくりモッツアレラチーズの夕べ」にtamiとふたりで参加。モッツアレラの手づくりという貴重な体験を楽しませてもらった。それにしても手づくりしたばかりのモッツアレラの味は最高に素晴らしい。(hide)

Join two with tami in "An Evening of handmade mozzarella cheese" Friends of Italian wines of Chin's friend is hosted from 19:00. I had entertained the valuable experience of handmade mozzarella. Even so, the taste of mozzarella that was just wonderful handmade to the highest. (hide)

布田天神の梅と娘と一緒の誕生会

昨日の誕生日はお参りができなかったので、氏神様の布田天神に今朝お参りに行った。境内の梅は50本以上もあるが、枝垂れ梅が満開なのと白梅と紅梅のいくつかに花が咲き始めている。
今夜は昨年末から次男の嫁になった娘keiの誕生日が先週だったので、4人で揃って半蔵門のElioLocandaで誕生日の夕食会を楽しんだ。本当は先週末の予定だったのが大雪のために今夜に延期になったのだ。ホスピタリティ溢れるこの店のディナーをしっかり楽しませてもらった。息子夫婦からは手袋と靴下そしてヴァレンタインチョコのプレゼントをElioの社長Elio Orsaraからはチーズのお土産をプレゼントにいただいた。皆さんお祝いしてくれてありがとう！(hide)

71歳の誕生日と名古屋出張

本日71歳の誕生日を無事に迎えることができました。多くの友人の皆様から心温まるメールをいただき、またFaceBook友達の多くの方々からもお祝いのメッセージをいただきました。心から厚く御礼申し上げます。
まだまだやりたい仕事が沢山あり、皆様のご協力をあおぐことも多いかと思いますので、よろしくお願いいたします。
早朝から名古屋へ出張だったのですが、今朝はまだ都内の雪が溶けていなくって滑りやすいのでレインシューズで出かけました。新幹線から見える都心の雪もまだ残っていましたが、名古屋に着いたらすっかり雪が溶けていたので驚きました。
昼食は名物の味噌煮込みうどんをご馳走になりました。
夕食は鯖の棒寿司の駅弁でささやかな誕生日の乾杯！帰宅してからtamiとふたりでバースデーケーキを肴にワインで乾杯！これからも元気に頑張ります。皆様どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。(hide)

I was able to safely greet the birthday of 71 years today . I received messages of congratulations from many people of FaceBook friends also , received a heartwarming email from everyone of many friends . I Thank you very much sincerely .
Since I think there are a lot of work I want to do still , shall be sought the cooperation of everyone also whether there is many , thank you .

It was a business trip to Nagoya from early in the morning , and went out in the rain shoes so slippery snow in Tokyo is gotta have melted yet this morning . Snow in the center of the city seen from the Shinkansen was left yet, but I was surprised because the snow had melted completely When I arrived in Nagoya .

Dinner toast of modest birthday lunches of sushi bar of mackerel ! Cheers wine relish the birthday cake with tami after I returned home ! I 'll try to fine from now on . Thank you very much everybody . (hide)
