仮設工事とオーガニックランチ

大規模修繕工事の井の頭通り沿いの仮設工事は今週一杯かかる予定で、ようやく9階から上の斜壁沿いの仮設と、ルノアールから上に「アサガオ」と呼ぶ上部からの落下防止の役割を持つ仮設工事が終わった。とにかく深夜の資材搬入と朝7時までの組立て工事なので日中はまだ静かなままだ。
ランチタイムはENGAWAのオーガニックランチ。と言ってもご飯が十穀米な以外はオーガニックな要素はあまりない。(hide)

渋谷東急本店地下食品売り場と屋上ランチ

東急本店地下の「泥武士」で鱈の天ぷらと玄米のランチを買って、一寸横を見たら今までの「紀伊国屋」がなくなって「明治屋」に変わっていた。
先週5日に全面リニューアルオープンしたそうだ。紀伊国屋の気取った食品が姿を消し、スーパーよりは少しましかなと思わせる程度の品揃えだ。今までの生ハム売り場やチーズ売り場もなくなって、パック入りのハム・ソーセージやチーズが並ぶが魅力なし。野菜や果物は「林フルーツ」の売り場に変わったが、高いメロンが並ぶばかりで新鮮で魅力的な野菜の品揃えはなく、早晩この店も畳んでしまいそうな気配が漂っている。何よりも残念なことに客がほとんどいない。(hide)

Had been changed to "MEIDIYA" to now "Kinokuniya" gone to buy lunch of brown rice and tempura of cod Tokyu head dept. in the basement "DoroBushi", when I see the side.
It seems to have fully reopened five days last week. Food Fay Kinokuniya has disappeared, it's an assortment of degree reminiscent to little better than super. Cheese and ham department sales floor until now also gone, cheese and ham, sausage packs lined but no charm.
Fruits and vegetables turned into a department of "HAYASHI FRUITS", but rather an assortment of vegetables and charming fresh high Mellon has just lined, signs likely would fold as well sooner or later this shop is in the air.
There are few customers unfortunately more than anything. (hide)

大規模修繕工事の本格開始！

渋谷のマンションの大規模修繕工事が本格的に開始になり、先週末には道路側の仮囲いの足場が組み上がり始め、ちょうど9階の事務所前のベランダまで足場が上がってきた。
交通量が多く道路巾も狭いので、深夜マンション前に搬入トラックを止めて資材の搬入をしている。日中は鳶職人も休んで、深夜の組立て作業になるようだ。
秋晴れの一日はやはりアウトドアランチということでRoyalGardenCafeのパスタ。秋晴れの日差しはまだまだ強いが、肌を刺す暑さではなくなってきた。ひなたぼっこランチが最高だ！(hide)
