ゆかりづくり

立秋が過ぎてほっとしたのもつかの間
厳しい残暑が続く毎日ですね。
土用干しのあとも干し続けていた
「赤紫蘇」の葉をそろそろ取り込みました。
フードカッターを使って粉末にすると
「ゆかり」ができます。
ご飯に振りかけても美味しくいただけますし
今日の昼ご飯のソーメンのダシに少し振りかけると
とっても美味しく見違える味になります。(tami)

京王線地下化まで一週間と真夏のパスタランチ

世間は今週からほとんど夏休みに入ったのか、朝晩の通勤電車はがら空き状態で、通勤が楽だ。といってもここ数日涼しかったのが終わって、また真夏の厳しい暑さが戻ってきた。
京王線の地下化まで一週間に迫った昨日の日曜は、線路沿いや踏切の中でカメラを構える鉄道マニアが非常に多かったが、今朝は少なかった。
夏バテ防止のランチはオリーブオイルが強い目のTapasTapasのランチ。今日のパスタはトマトとモッツアレラチーズのペペロンチーノ。(hide)

長男、愛犬と来訪！

お盆休みに入ったので、長男が愛犬を連れてやってきた。
シャイな犬でなかなか馴染んでくれないが、先ほどからようやくあしもとの臭いをかぎ始めた。夕食は友達のSJ家から届いた特上の松坂肉を焼き肉でいただいた。これは旨かった！ご馳走さま！(hide)

ツナシマキッチンセミナー・ユーザー向け開催！

午前11時から8月度ツナシマキッチンセミナー・ユーザー向けが開かれました。

赤ちゃん3名が加わったセミナーのなので、賑やかなこと‥。
