渋谷マルナンの閉店と屋上ランチ

渋谷の街中もどんどん古い店舗が変わってゆく。渋谷駅前の闇市の名残を思わせるような古い店「マルナン」がついに閉店だ。布地を売る店だが，私が渋谷に事務所を引っ越した時からあった店だから、もう60年以上は経っている。右隣のOS薬局も向かいのマツキヨに負けず続いているが何時まで続くだろうか興味深い。焼き栗屋からスタートした三千里薬品も往年の勢いは無くなってしまった。
ランチは台風の影響で風が強い東急本店屋上で屋上ランチ。今日はマンネリを防ぐため中華「小洞天」の中華ランチ。(hide)

More and more old store changed a downtown of Shibuya. Old shop reminiscent of the remnant black market of Shibuya Station "Marunan" is the closed finally. It is a shop selling fabric, but because store was from when I moved an office in Shibuya, it is standing is more than 50 years already.

キンモクセイの香りとJIDAエコデザイン展2013

台風の影響なのか，かなりムシムシする一日だった。今週から咲き始めた庭のキンモクセイが甘い香りを漂わせている。
こんなに猛暑だった夏を過ごしても，この時期になると一斉に香り豊かに咲き始めてくれるこの自然の摂理には驚くばかりだ。
毎年恒例で今年11回目を迎えるJIDAエコデザイン展2013のパンフレットが仕上がってきた。本番まであとひと月ちょっと。最後の追い込みにダッシュだ。(hide)

外壁タイルのハツリ工事と映画「大統領の料理人」

渋谷のマンションの大規模修繕工事の外壁タイルのハツリ工事が今朝も朝一番から始まり、騒音で仕事にならない。ランチタイムにBunkamuraル・シネマまで行って映画「大統領の料理人」を観てきた。ミッテラン大統領の心を虜にした一人の女性シェフの真実の物語で、おいしい料理とは何なのかを鋭く魅せてくれる秀逸な映画だ。
夕方になってようやくハツリが終わり、防水モルタルが塗られていた。明日もまだこのフロアーのハツリ工事は続くそうだ。(hide)

JIDAエコデザイン展2013・最終プレゼン検討会

朝10時半から恒例になって11回目を迎えるJIDAエコデザイン展2013の学生たちの作品講評とデザイン指導が夕方7時近くまで続いた。

今年のJIDAエコデザイン展2013は新宿リビングデザインセンター3階で11月21日〜12月17日までの3週間にわたって開かれる。我々プロの作品づくりもいよいよ佳境に入ってくる。

検討会のあとはメンバー有志で西口のKIRIN CITYで慰労会。遅くまでお疲れさんでした！(hide)
