今日の渋谷風景

雲ひとつない青空の広がった一日。最高気温が22度、最低気温が17度は一年で一番過ごしやすい陽気だ。
ランチは当然アウトドアと思って、RoyalGardenCafeのテラスランチと出かけたが、すでに満席。室内ランチとなって茄子とツナのアラビアータ980円。少し高いランチだがフォカッチャの旨さは他の店では巡り会わない。
PARCOの裏側の壁に、19日から始まる女性クリエーターだけのイベント「シブカル祭り2012 〜女子のミックスカルチャー祭り」のペイントが登場！サイトを見ると若い女子パワーが溢れていて面白い。(hide)

キンモクセイのシーズンと「暮らしのデザイン展'12」

庭のキンモクセイが一斉に花開きました。
窓を開けると香しいかおりが
部屋の中を満たせてくれます。
今年は植木屋さんがいつもの年より早く入ったので
キンモクセイの花が刈り揃えられた樹々の間に咲いています。
枇杷の樹も大きくなりすぎると
実ができても手が届かなくなるので
花芽を残して刈り込んでもらいました。
植木鉢から大きく育ったヒエに実がつきました。
小鳥のエサから育ったようです。
粟かヒエか似ているので分かりづらいのですが
どうやらヒエのようです。(tami)

今日から19日まで新宿パークタワービルと東京ガス新宿ショールームで開催中の「暮らしのデザイン展'12」を観に行ってきた。今回は「Heart & Smart」がキーワードで、スマート家事＆コミュニケーションと題したキッチンでは、新しい機器を駆使したスマートキッチンが目についた。会場内は撮影禁止なため画像はありません。(hide)

行楽シーズンの深大寺

tamiと揃っての深大寺ウォーキングは久しぶりだ。肌寒く日のささない日曜日だが、行楽シーズンに入った深大寺は老若男女の参拝客で大にぎわい。何処の蕎麦屋も長い行列ができている。
深大寺の境内でtamiが珍しいデザインの道祖神を見つけた。帰ってWikipediaで調べてみると元三大師（がんさんだいし）とも呼ばれる平安時代の天台座主の慈恵大師（じえだいし）が厄よけ大師として祀られているのだそうで、この像は”角大師とも呼ばれ－2本の角を持ち、骨と皮とに痩せさらばえた鬼の像を表した絵である。伝説によると、良源が鬼の姿に化して疫病神を追い払った時の像であるという。角大師の像は、魔除けの護符として、比叡山の麓の坂本や京都の民家に貼られた”という。深大寺には長く通っているが、こんなところに深大寺の本尊とも呼べる厄よけ神が祀られているとはまったく気づかなかった。(hide)
