ランチは駅の近くの中国料理「華山」で、これも久しぶりに青椒肉絲定食850円。値段の割にとても旨いランチだった。

昼前からデコピックに料理教室の打合せに出かけたtamiはお土産に「コロンブスのまないた」という桧の俎板をいただいて帰った。Gマークの俎板というのも珍しいが、端が斜めにカットされていて水切りが上手くいくデザイン。いろいろ使い易いメリットがある面白い俎板だ。(hide)
