国際福祉機器展2013とプロ向けツナシマキッチンセミナー

昨日から始まった国際福祉機器展2013の視察を朝一番からBigSiteに出かけてきた。初日の来場者数が38,874人、2日目の今日が41,766で合計8万人を越えたそうだ。明日の最終日には10万人越えは確実な様で、この業界のニーズがますます高まっていることが実感できる。来場者も福祉学科を学ぶ学生たちから壮年は勿論，高齢者や身障者の人たちまで非常に幅広いのが特徴だ。
3時からは恒例のプロ向けツナシマキッチンセミナー。今日の参加者はデベロッパー、ハウスメーカー、リフォーム会社、キッチンメーカーなど6名の方だった。今日からセミナー内容が少し変わり、10月から発売が開始されるイタリア・ベルタゾーニ社の60cm巾ビルトインガスオーブンを使った調理実演が加わった。tamiもなんとかこなしたようだ。お疲れさんでした。
