渋谷宇田川町の再開発計画

hideの事務所がある宇田川町のマンションは竣工してから早くも35年が経過して、3回目の大規模修繕計画に向けて管理組合理事会はかなり忙しく活動している。

今日のランチに久しぶりに「葱や」に行ったが、途中にあったオープンカフェスタイルのレストランや居酒屋・黒平衛が退去し、その跡が仮囲いされていた。
通りかかった知人に聞くと、ビデオスタジオのあった駐車場からここまでかなり大きいマンションの計画があるそうだ。

役所のサイトを見るとこの地番の都市計画は無く、少し違った地番でかなり大規模な申請が出ているのが分かった。

どうなるか分からないが、この地域の環境整備が早く進むことを期待している。(hide)
