調布桜づくしの休日

3月も今日で終わり、明日からは本格的な春がくると言うのに、この寒さはどうしたんだろうか？おかげで10日前に一気に満開になってしまった東京の桜はまだ見頃が続いている。花粉症もようやく落ち着き始めたようなので、野川まで桜見物に出かけた。
調布カトリック教会の桜も見事だ。野川の桜は今日が最高潮！あまりの寒さに花見の宴会はほとんどない。野川沿いに歩いて武蔵野市場から調布が丘に向かう。途中気づかなかったところに桜の樹が花を咲かせている。布田天神のしだれ桜も満開だ。甲州街道沿いの電気通信大学の桜は昔に比べるとひとまわり小さくなったようだ。
ゆっくりひとまわりすると約1時間半の散歩コースだが、調布の桜を堪能できた一日だった。(hide)
