氷雨の渋谷ランチとJIDA環境委員会記録冊子の完成

みぞれまじりの氷雨が降る冷たい朝。久しぶりにRoyalGardenCafeのパスタランチ。12時を過ぎると混雑して入れないので、5分前に入って注文をすませる。
サーモン入りのパスタとグリーンサラダとフォカッチャとコーヒーのセットで980円。帰るときには店内は満席状態。
JIDA環境委員会のmarucan10周年記録冊子が完成し事務所に届きました。企画制作を担当してくれたAIさん、MTさんご苦労様でした。(hide)

渋谷の栄枯盛衰

今日も気温は低かったが、風が吹かなかった分だけ日中は過ごしやすかった。夕方になっても雲は広がらず、明日の天気予報の雪は本当に降るんだろうか？
渋谷のファッション店でH&M、ZARA、Forever21など今を盛んに客足は落ちないのがよく分かるが、20年前のあの賑わいが全く消えてしまったのが渋谷西武だろう。A館はまだ少し客足も見られるが、B館の落ちぶれようは見るも無惨だ。
B館の前には笛を吹く男のブロンズ像があるが、笛吹けど全くお客が入ってこないのがB館だ。ウィンドウディスプレイも全く覇気が感じられないが、店内はいつ閉店してもおかしくない状態だ。100メートルも離れていないふたつの店が、これほど栄枯盛衰を際立たせているのに何の手も打ってこない西武の内実はどうなっているんだろうか？不思議な店だ。(hide)

葱やの味噌煮込みランチと渋谷

朝から冷え込みが厳しく、春の訪れはまだ少し先のようだ。
こんな寒い日のランチは、味噌煮込みうどんが一番！昨日はtamiの味噌づくり教室があったし、日本人の食生活に味噌は欠かせない。
東急本店前は冷たいビル風にあおられる人が足早に店内に入っていく。H&Mも春看板に模様替したが、ちょっと時期が早いようだ。
4時過ぎにJWAVEから地震のアナウンスがあり、あれ？予行演習かなと思っていたら、結構大きな揺れが続いた。ラジオのアナウンスのほうが早かったのははじめてだ。
日光の先の檜枝岐方面の震源地が震度5もあったそうで、冬景色の尾瀬は大丈夫なのかちょっと心配。向かいのビルの避雷針もしばらくの間大きく揺れていた。まだ2年前の余震が続いているんだろうか？(hide)

しおのかぞく「手づくりみそ教室」

tamiは、午後から始まるしおのかぞく「手づくりみそ教室」の準備のため、早朝から築地に出かけました。今日の味噌づくり教室に参加いただいた方はちょうど30人でした。皆さんとても熱心に体験していただいて感謝申し上げます。スタッフとしてお手伝いしていただいた皆様にも厚く御礼申し上げます。(tami)
hideは一日自宅で仕事。京王線の線路や架線の撤去が進み、電柱も撤去された。高架だった調布駅もほとんど姿を消した。
仕事の合間にランチや夕食を作った。鰹節の小さくなった残りを使って出汁を取り、割り下を作る。残った鰹はフードカッターで細かく刻み、ごま油と醤油で佃煮にする。昨日作った鯛の昆布締めで使った昆布を角切りにし、ちりめん塩昆布を作った。ホタルイカの酢味噌ぬたは買ってきたもの。
メインディッシュは鰺フライのデミグラソースかけ。どれも極上の味でした。(hide)
