本格梅雨入りと紫陽花とさんさ漬け

関東地方は昨日が梅雨入りだったそうだが、それほど降らなかった。一夜明けたら今朝から一日中しのつく雨が降り続き、早くも水害の被害が出ないか心配な雨量だ。
今朝の紫陽花は、やっぱりこの季節に一番似合っている。
紫陽花に続いてこの季節に欠かせない大阪泉州の水なす「さんさ漬け」が届いた。早速夕食でいただいたが 、えも言われぬ香りと口の中に広がる極上の風味が最高！ご馳走さまでした。(hide)
