栗づくしの9月が終わって

早いもので今日から10月です！
9月初めに岐阜のキッチンメーカーNobiliaが主催して開かれたキッチンセミナーのお土産に恵那市大井町の「恵那川上屋」の栗きんとんをいただきました。
先週は加茂郡坂祝町にあるミニキッチンメーカー亀井製作所の工場にある大きな栗の木の下で栗拾いをさせていただいて先日栗ごはんにして美味しくいただきました。
そして昨日は岐阜県関市に工場のあるトーヨーキッチンから加茂郡八百津町にある「緑屋老舗」の栗きんとんをいただくなど、9月は栗づくしの毎日でした。
どの企業も個性豊かで比較が難しいのと同じように，栗の味も甲乙つけがたい美味しさでした。
クライアントの皆様からのご厚情に感謝申し上げます。そしてとても美味しく頂きましたことに厚く御礼申し上げます。今年もはや残すところ3ヶ月となりましたが、日々のデザイン業務に勤しんでまいりますのでよろしくお願い申し上げます。(hide)

佳境入りの大規模修繕工事とアウトドアランチ

いよいよ9月も今日で終わり、明日から10月！過ぎし月日のあまりの早さに驚くばかりだ。渋谷のマンション大規模修繕工事も連休明けでようやく佳境に入ってきた。

今朝から壁面塗装の浮き箇所をドリルで穴あけしたり、浮いているタイルを剥がす工事などで相当にうるさい。
秋晴れが続く今日もアウトドアランチをRoyalGardenCafeで楽しむ。パスタの味は今ひとつだが、フォカッチャの味は抜群だ。(hide)

葉唐辛子とちりめんの佃煮と久しぶりの多摩川

いよいよ本格的な秋になりましたね！

キッチンガーデンのハラペーニョはずいぶんできて
タバスコづくりを楽しませてもらいましたが
鷹の爪、ハバネロ、島唐辛子などは
暑さのためか今年は不作でした。
ハバネロを一本だけ残して刈入れ。
葉唐辛子を使ってちりめんを加えた佃煮を作りました。
ご飯がすすむとっておきの佃煮です♬(tami)

日中は大分気温が上がったので3時過ぎから多摩川まで散歩に行った。最近は北の深大寺や神代植物園へ行くことが多いので、ブログを調べてみると南の多摩川へ行くのは昨年4月以来一年半ぶりのことだ。

この間に京王線の地下化工事がかなり進み、途中の民家が大きく変わってしまったのに驚かされる。京王線を跨いでいた品川通りの陸橋も撤去工事が進み、昔のように直行できるようになっている。SSさんの農家は，おじいちゃんがまだお元気そうで、畑の姿が美しい。いつまでこの風景が続くのか気になる。
多摩川の流れもずいぶん変わって川幅が狭くなってしまっている。かっては河川敷のグランドから川岸まですぐだったのがずーっと稲城側にしか水が流れていない。(hide)
