プロ向けツナシマキッチンセミナー

3時過ぎから定例のツナシマキッチンセミナー・プロ向けが開かれた。今日のお客様は6名のキッチンデザイナー、設計事務所、デベロッパーの方々。
SM部長からのASKO食器洗い機の説明のあと、hideからキッチンデザインの最新動向。そしてtamiの担当する料理実演では、今までのVIKINGガスオーブンやセンサー付きクックトップを使った料理に、Bertazzoniのガスオーブンを使った料理が加わったがスケジュール通りの予定時間で終えることができた。参加いただいた皆様遅くまでありがとうございました。(hide)

大寒は過ぎたけれど‥‥

大寒は過ぎたがかなり寒い一日だった。夕方の渋谷は少し雨がぱらついたが雪にはならなかった。天気予報では今夜は雪が降るようだ。ランチは東急本店前の「嵯峨谷」で親子丼とたぬき蕎麦のセット550円。カウンター席だが、ほとんど立ち食い蕎麦屋と同じ。本店前にあるからなのか、蕎麦の味がマアマアなのからか分からないが女性客が多いのがこの店の特徴だ。(hide)

5日ぶりの渋谷出勤

先週後半は色々なイベントが続き、渋谷事務所に出る時間が無かったので、5日ぶりの出勤となった。渋谷マンションの大規模修繕工事もようやく玄関まわりの内装リノベーションを残すだけとなり、9月から続いていた仮囲いがようやく撤去されて、スッキリとした様子。ENGAWAの今日のランチは生姜焼き定食800円。オーガニックな内容で味もそこそこなので最近はここのランチが多い。(hide)

SJ一家との新春ホームパーティ

SJ一家が来てくれて、新年のホームパーティを昼過ぎからはじめた。一年ぶりの来訪でつもるおしゃべりで7時近くまで盛り上がった。今日のレシピは前菜のあとローストポーク、マッシュポテトとチーズのアリゴ、鶏肉と豆のカスレ、グラナパダーノタップリのペペロンチーノなど盛りだくさんのメニュー。ワインも5本とタップリ飲んで少々酩酊気味。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。(hide)
