ケルン国際家具見本市LIVING KITCHEN2013 視察ツアーの募集開始！とプロ向けツナシマキッチンセミナー

来年一月ケルンで国際家具見本市が開かれます。今回は隔年開かれるキッチンの年にあたり、LIVING KITCHENの名でドイツをはじめとするヨーロッパ各国のキッチンも出展される予定です。
今回の視察ツアーは、1月16日（水）成田出発し1月24日（木）成田帰着で、17日から19日まで見本市を視察します。初日にはケルンメッセ株式会社のLIVING KITCHEN担当者と黒田による見本市の概要セミナーも開きます。
20日（日）はデュッセルドルフ近郊のドイツ人家庭のインテリアやキッチンを数軒見せていただき、そのあとチャーターバスでローテンブルグに入り一泊、翌日は市内にあるAEGのIHや家電調理機器の製造工場を視察します。そのあとフレンドルフに入り一泊し、翌日はドイツ最大のキッチンメーカーALNO社の工場視察をします。
視察後チューリッヒに移動し一泊、23日にチューリッヒを発ち24日に成田到着予定です。
募集人数は25名（最小催行人数は15名）。ツアー旅行代金は合計315,000円です。

Le pur（ルプ）のステンレスティシュボックスと敬老の日のホームパーティ

大阪のオーダーキッチンメーカーLe purは、環境に優しいキッチンづくりをモットーにオーダーメードキッチンをひとつひとつ丁寧に作り続けている会社です。
Le purのHR社長から今年始めにオリジナル試作品のステンレス製ティッシュボックスを送っていただきました。18ステンレスと18-8ステンレスのオリジナルキッチンを作ったあとの端材を利用して創り出した非常にシンプルなデザインと構造のボックスです。
実を言うと今まで、既存のクリネックスやいろんなメーカーのティシューは、寸法が微妙に合わずにそのまま入らず、箱をばらして中身だけを使ってきたのですが、ようやくそのまま入るティシューを見つけました。
西友で売られているオリジナル商品GreatValueというティシューです。紙のサイズはたて197mm×よこ217mmで、ボックスのサイズは巾244mm×奥行き115mm×高さ50mm。
これならピッタリ入ります。キッチンで利用するティッシューは特に水で濡れやすく、しっかりしたシンプルデザインのステンレス製Lepurティッシュボックスは、必需品のひとつとしてオススメです！
昨日の目黒さんま祭りでは協賛してくれた大分県の「かぼす」にも大いに人気が集まりました。懇親会の帰りにはお土産にたくさんのかぼすもいただきました。ありがとうございます！
今日がどうして休日なのか忘れていたら敬老の日だそうで、そのお祝いにヒカリエのGIOTTOのモンブランを持参して次男が訪問してくれた。先ほどまで盛り上がってtamiの美味しい料理に舌鼓を打ちました。ご馳走さまでした！(hide)

目黒のさんま祭り

恒例の「目黒さんま祭り」が、秋晴れというよりも残暑厳しい日曜日の早朝から開かれた。いつも遅刻気味で参加してきたが、今回は9時半には田道公園に集合して、10時からの開会に間に合った。
被災地の気仙沼市から大型バスを三台連ねて、早朝に目黒に到着した200人近い皆さんと一緒になって、サンマ焼き隊としてのボランティアだ。
50人以上の焼き隊スタッフが交代で、U字溝に入れた炭火で公称5,000尾（実際は7,000尾）のサンマを、午後3時過ぎまで休みなく焼いて、参加いただいた3万人の人たちに振る舞うわけだ。
とにかく炭火が熱いのと、もうもうと立ちこめる煙で頭のてっぺんから、靴下の中まで燻される。耐久レースに出ているような過酷な体験だが、これがまた病み付きになるのだ。
大浴場でサンマの臭いを洗い流したあと、大会場で300人以上の方々が集まって、懇親会を開く。これがまた楽しい。焼いたサンマも勿論旨いが、刺身のサンマや戻り鰹が極上の旨さだ。最後は気仙沼の「どや節」を全員で輪になって歌う。気仙沼市長も目黒区長も区別なし。素晴らしい夜がふけて、気仙沼市から来られた皆さんがバスに乗って帰られる。皆さん大変お疲れさまでした。今年も大いに楽しませていただきました！ありがとう!(hide)
