ユーザー向けツナシマキッチンセミナーと寿司ランチと原田さんのアトリエショコラパーティ

昨日に続いて、今朝は11時からユーザー向けツナシマキッチンセミナーが開かれた。
今回は9名の奥様方と1名の男性の合計10名のお客様に参加いただいた。
嶋部長からASKO食器洗い機の実際の運転と商品説明、続いてhideから「キッチン計画の基礎知識」のお話をさせていただき、引き続いてtamiの料理実演。
主婦の方が多かったので料理実演は多いに盛り上がって、予定時間を2時間近くもオーバータイム。
ランチはtamiと湯島駅近くの吉池で寿司のランチ。いつものランチと比べると軽くってヘルシーだがチョット物足りない。
夜は「料理のできる建築家」として活躍中の原田正史氏の目白にある設計事務所で、ショコラパーティと題したホームパーティが開かれ、お招きされておいしい料理と美味い酒と楽しい会話に多いに盛り上がって、シンデレラタイムギリギリまで楽しませていただいた。
設計事務所の隅にコンパクトなキッチンがあり、そのスペースの陰にイタリアンシェフが隠れているのではないかと思わせるような料理の数々が、次々とサーブされてくる。hideもそれなりに料理は作るが、原田氏のメニューはマネができないレベルだ。
ちなみに、アミューズはトマトのジュレとガーリックトースト。セコンドはイカスミバゲットとトリフュ入りのサラミとプロシュート。メインディッシュはブルガリア風キッシュのオーブン焼き。鯛の塩竈。牛頬肉の煮込み。デザートが伊勢丹で仕入れてきたという風味豊かなショコラの数々と、次男がブルックリン土産にくれたチョコレート工場のチョコを手土産にお持ちしたものをいただきました。どの料理も特上の旨さでした！(hide)
