干し柿がほぼ完成！と「かにすき」パーティ

今日から師走！あっという間に過ぎる日々の早さにあらためて驚かされる。
天気予報では朝から晴れというので、ベランダに取り込んであった干し柿を庭に出したが、空模様は芳しくない。昼前にはさっと雨が降り、あわてて再びベランダに取り込む。
干し柿のでき上がりもほぼ達成したようだ。不思議なもので2週間ちょっとで、こんなに甘く熟した柿ができる。太陽の力はスゴい！

長男から年末の挨拶に、越前かに問屋「ますよね」のズワイガニセットが届き、丁度次男のカップルが夕食に訪れてくれたので「かにすき」パーティを開いた。鍋でいただくカニも旨かったが、鉄板焼にしたズワイが一段と旨かった。デザートに今年初物の干し柿をいただく。極上の旨さだった。(hide)
