土曜日のランチは、福田屋。ここのとろろ蕎麦1000yenがなかなか旨い。午後2時から、渋谷のマンション管理組合の総会が開かれた。永年管理組合の副理事長を拝命しているがそろそろ退任したい時期が来ているが、大規模修繕の工事を控えて、なかなか退陣させてもらえないのが大きな課題だ。
総会のあとは、年に一度の懇親会を「龍の鬚」でおこない、三次会まで続いて帰宅したのはシンデレラタイムを大きくまわっていた。お疲れさまでした！(hide)
