朝の新幹線で岐阜羽島で下車、クライアントの社長と羽島名物のレンコン料理屋でランチをということになったが「竹扇」が 定休日のため「正扇」へ！ところがナビに入れた住所に店が見つからず電話を入れたら満席です、と断られてしまった。
レンコン料理は次回の楽しみの取っておいて、今日はステーキランチ。ボリュームたっぷりでなかなか旨いステーキでした。ご馳走さまでした。
昼から山県市内にあるふたつの工場訪問。ひとつはオーダーキッチン製作の藤岡木工所。つき板と無垢材を組合せたオーダーキッチンは独特の雰囲気を醸し出していて心地よい。
帰りの新幹線は「ひつまぶし弁当」1350円。日本一という表書きの割には、マアマアの味。(hide)
