はじけてしまったゴーヤの種が真っ赤な果肉に包まれて旨そうだが遠慮します。
高原の朝かと間違うほど今朝の東京は涼しかったが、昼過ぎから晴れ間がのぞきはじめて気温は31度まで上昇。 ふたりとも今日からエンジン始動で仕事再開！
渋谷は夏休み後半を迎えて大賑わい。夏の間健康的な食生活をおくった反動で、今日のランチは向かいのオルガン坂に数ヶ月前に開店した横浜家系ラーメン「町田商店」でラーメン700円！。店内はヤンキー風店員の大声のやり取りで騒然とした感じ。最近の飲み屋でもこのような大声のやり取りがはやっているようだが、あまり続くと効果は薄れると思うのだが。出てきたラーメンは看板どうりに相当濃厚。麺も太く、先日名古屋でご馳走になった台湾ラーメンに通じるものがある。折角の一週間のダイエット効果もこれでチャラに‥‥。(hide)
