「HOTNETキッチン」築地川公園アウトドアキッチン

恒例の「HOTNETキッチン」築地川公園アウトドアキッチンが11時から開かれた。今回の参加者は23名と非常に多くの方にご参加いただいた。
メニューはメバルのアクアパッツア、野菜の重ね煮、生春巻き、チーズフォンデュー、ローストポーク、筍の丸焼き、チャーハンなどと盛りだくさん。
OZONEがスタートした20年前の研究会から続いているのは奇跡的ともいえるが、「キッチンよ家から街へ飛び出そう！」という基本コンセプトと、食とコミュニケーションをテーマにしたからこそ続けてこられたと思う。
真夏のような強い日差しの中で午後4時には撤収して解散。ご参加いただいた皆様ありがとうございました。
hideはそのあと渋谷事務所に出勤して仕事。来週からゴールデンウィークを山で過ごすために溜まっている仕事を片付ける。(hide)
