東京ビッグサイトふたつの展示会

明日からビッグサイト西館で開催のリフォーム&インテリア2013にクライアントの亀井製作所が出展するので施工に立ち会ってきた。年々展示規模と出展者数が縮小傾向にあって、いよいよ存続が危ぶまれる気配がする。hideがコーディネートを担当していたインテリアフェスティバルの時代から比べると半分以下という状況だ。
そんな中、LWLというグループを組むPoggenpohl、Vecchio e Nuovo Giappone、Technogymなどの企業ブースの展示が目についた。ミニキッチン専門の亀井製作所は小間は小さいが、山椒は小粒でピリッと味を利かせた展示となっている。そのほかオーダーキッチンという名称で様々な業界から参加しているグループ展示もある。

一方東館2&3Hallではフードシステムソリューション展が明日まで開催中で、業務用厨房機器の大手メーカーが出展している。この中でも小間は小さいがシンクピアが業務用の50kgタイプ生ゴミ処理機を出展して話題を集めていた。松岡社長の話では大手コンビニグループからの本格受注も間近に近づいているようで、業界からの認知も高まってきている様子が実感できる。家庭用の新製品も来年4月にはいよいよ発売になる予定だそうだ。(hide)
