台風18号と夕焼けと焼き栗

今日の雨はそれほど強くなかったが、風は強く昼過ぎにおさまったかなと思っていたら突然、風速30mを思わせる烈風が吹き荒れた。今日は渋谷に出勤するつもりだったのがそんな訳で自宅で仕事。
まだ強い風が吹いているが、今日は夕焼けが見事だった。
夕食は昨日の手づくり鉄鍋餃子に続いて、手づくりの小籠包。こらがまた極上の味で、有名小籠包をしのぐ味が楽しめた。あわせて昨日八百屋で見つけた栗は、tamiが栗ごはん用に水に漬けていたのを拝借して、グリルを使って焼栗に挑戦！これがまたなかなかの旨さに焼き上がって、ワインにピッタリ。栗ごはんも良いがhideは焼きぐりのほうが好きだ。(hide)

Taihoon rain today was not so strong, but suddenly, gale reminiscent the wind speed is 30m swept and I thought the wind and wonder subsided strongly afternoon. The work at home why it's was going to go to work in Shibuya today.
Still strong wind is blowing, but the sunset was magnificent today.

Following the handmade iron pot dumplings yesterday, dinner shoronpoh of handmade. Taste of the best, I enjoy the taste surpass the famous shoronpoh is also elaborate. The borrowed tami is had been soaked in water for rice in chestnut, chestnuts we find in yesterday greengrocer to suit challenged to roast chestnuts using the grill! This is baked in effect is quite good also, it is good to wine. Chestnut rice is good but hide it I prefer grilled tool. (hide)
