日中は20度以上に暖かくなって、本格的な春の到来を思わせる一日だった。
夕刊には平年よりも10日も早い開花宣言が出ていたので、今年は入学式の時期まで桜が持つのか心配する方も多くなりそうだ。
我が家のミニ胡蝶蘭も花開いた。例年は夏頃に咲くのだが、花枝を残しておいたからか蕾が2月頃から膨らみ始めた。
京王線の撤去工事もどんどん進み、沿線の再開発地域のビルの撤去も大分進んでいる。今夜は調布のマンション管理組合理事会が開かれ、昨年までの理事との引き継ぎ夕食会があった。30年近く経ったマンションは改修工事もいろいろ出てくるし、京王線の撤去あとの用途利用についても課題が多く、理事長役を仰せつかって大変だ。(hide)
